Create your own tin-sized colourful Spring haven with our DIY garden. Featuring a sunflower, a bunny, an egg, a chick, a tulip, a butterfly and a signpost, there is plenty on offer here for children three years & above.
Instil bright pops of colour to your props using our watercolour pencils and assemble your garden of dreams. Add soil to the tin, secure everything into position, and sprinkle the wheatgrass seeds. Don’t forget to keep your garden hydrated by giving it a healthy dose of water each day.
Think bursts of pretty pastels, fresh home-tendered grass & beautiful props… Oh and… the front label can be personalised. What’s not to like?
In a bid to banish plastic tat from our homes, all Cotton Twist products are lovingly made by hand and all components are as good as we can possibly make them.

I was delighted with the garden in a tin idea, especially the free personalisation. My LO enjoyed colouring in the signs and I liked the non chocolate part of her Easter gift.
I bought these for my three kids (all under 5 yrs) and they absolutely loved them - a nice activity to do on Easter Sunday which didn't involve even more chocolate and they are enjoying checking in on their gardens every day! I thought they were so sweet when I ordered them especially with the personalised tins that I also ordered them for a couple of my friends' kids too and have had fab comments from them.
I bought some of these for Easter presents for my son (4yr) and daughter (6yr) and was so impressed from beginning to end. Worth stating that I bought with a big discount due to overstocking - I’m not completely sure I would’ve paid the full amount, having never encountered Cotton Twist before, but I think I would pay full price now that k have experienced the quality.
I find often these types of kits are style over substance and can be a bit disappointing in reality, but not this one. The materials are v v high quality and it’s been so well thought out - eg. I love that the pencils are water colours too.
My kids loved colouring/painting the wooden parts and then planting the seeds. It kept both of them engaged for the whole process (RARE!!) and I wished I had bought one for myself!!!! I would 100% recommend this set and will buy from Cotton Twist in the future.
Ps. Just thought, this would be the ultimate alternative to a party bag
